Dutch Exchange B.V. is a Dutch 3D media company that offers its services in the field of virtual Internet. Since 2007 Dutch Exchange B.V. has been creating and running 3D communities. Dutch Exchange B.V. was founded in 2006 as a currency exchange office for the Dutch community in the 'Second Life' virtual world, and is currently expanding to the surrounding countries. Second Life is a virtual economy in which the currency is the Linden Dollar. The Dutch Exchange B.V. payment system makes it possible to exchange euros for Linden Dollars and vice versa in Second Life, using accepted payment methods such as Wallie and iDeal. Refund Policy:

Dutch Exchange performs financial services. These financial services are not subject to the cancellation period arising under the Wet koop op afstand (Remote Sales Act). In addition, the price of the L$ changes with fluctuations in the financial market within Second Life. This is something over which Dutch Exchange has no control.

Notwithstanding the above, in the following cases it is possible to cancel the purchase of L$:
- If an electronic problem arises as a result of which transactions are performed twice. If the customer requests cancellation in this case, Dutch Exchange will ensure that the transaction is paid back to the customer’s account within 14 days.
- If the customer changes his or her mind within seven working days and has not yet used the L$, the customer can cancel the purchase within this period. Dutch Exchange will ensure that the transaction is paid back to the customer’s account within 14 days.
